Instructions

Preparation of Crust

  • In a small bowl, combine the finely crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are well coated and resemble wet sand.
  • Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the Oreo mixture into each serving cup. Press it down firmly to form a solid base.

Preparation of Filling

  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract using an electric mixer until silky smooth.

Assembly

  • Evenly divide the cheesecake filling among the cups, spreading it over the Oreo crust for an even layer.
