Instructions

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and crushed ice. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
  • Chill hurricane or tulip glasses in the freezer for about 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the Malibu rum.
