Instructions

Preparation of Glass

  • Mix crushed dried rose petals and sugar on a small plate.
  • Coat the rim of a martini or coupe glass with honey.
  • Dip the rim into the rose sugar mixture to ensure an even coating.
  • Set the glass aside to allow the sugar to adhere.

Blending the Mocktini

  • In a shaker or blender, combine the strawberry purée, vanilla almond milk, rose water, agave syrup, and ice cubes.
  • Shake or blend until frothy and chilled.

Serving

  • Pour the mixture into the prepared glass.
  • Optional: Add a dollop of whipped cream on top.
  • Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice or edible rose petal.

Notes
