Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Dust the feta block lightly with cornstarch.
  • Place the feta in the skillet and sear until golden brown on both sides.
  • Remove the feta and set aside.

Glazing

  • In the same skillet, mix gochujang and maple syrup.
  • Return the feta to the skillet and coat with the glaze.
  • Cook for an additional minute to heat through.

Serving

  • Serve warm as an appetizer.
