Instructions

Prep the Shells

  • Boil jumbo pasta shells in salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside to prevent sticking.

Cook the Filling

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Season with salt and black pepper. Pour in taco sauce, stir and let simmer for 2 minutes.

Stuff and Bake

  • Stuff each pasta shell with beef mixture and place them open-side up in a greased baking dish. Preheat oven to 350°F and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.

Top and Serve

  • Let cool slightly, top with sour cream and cilantro, and serve warm.

Notes
