Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened goat cheese, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and full-fat Greek yogurt. Use a hand mixer or a sturdy spoon to blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the grated garlic cloves and the tomato bruschetta. Stir gently until everything is evenly distributed.
  • Spoon the cheesy mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the dip for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it's golden and bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped basil. Serve hot alongside grilled crostini or pita.

Notes

For a richer flavor, experiment with different cheeses or add roasted garlic. To make it spicy, add red pepper flakes.
