Ingredients

For the mocktini

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (full-fat, chilled) Ensure it's chilled for best results.
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp toasted shredded coconut (for rim)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (for rim)
  • 1 tsp caramel sauce (for sticking the rim)
  • 1 tbsp Whipped coconut cream (for topping, optional)
  • 1 tbsp Crushed caramelized sugar or turbinado sugar (for topping, optional)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Mix the toasted shredded coconut and brown sugar on a small plate. Dip the rim of the martini glass into caramel sauce and press it into the coconut-sugar mixture. Chill the glass.

Blending

  • In a shaker or blender, combine the chilled coconut milk, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and ice cubes. Shake or blend until smooth and frothy.

Serving

  • Pour the mixture into the prepared glass. Top with whipped coconut cream, drizzle with extra caramel sauce, and dust with crushed caramel sugar.

Optional Brûlée Effect

  • Lightly torch the sugar topping until caramelized for a golden crust. Allow it to cool before serving.

Notes

Use chilled ingredients for a refreshing drink. Experiment with flavors by adding espresso for a mocha twist or pineapple juice for a fruity version. Garnish creatively for enhanced visual appeal.
