Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.

Make the Crust

  • In a medium bowl, combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are well coated and press into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.

Color the Batter
