For the topping

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  • Toss the grapes with olive oil and salt in a mixing bowl until they glisten.
  • Spread grapes on a baking sheet and roast for 15–18 minutes until blistered and caramelized.
  • In a blender, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt or sour cream, lemon juice, olive oil, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  • Toast walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant, then remove from heat.

Assembly

  • Spoon the whipped feta into a shallow serving bowl.
  • Add the roasted grapes on top, including the juices.
  • Scatter the toasted walnuts over the dish.
  • Drizzle with hot honey and add optional thyme leaves or chili threads.
  • Serve immediately with warm pita or crackers.

Notes

Be cautious not to overcook the grapes. Toast walnuts just before serving for optimal crunch. Adjust hot honey to taste.
