Instructions

Preparation

Cooking

  • Stir in kosher salt, ground cumin, dried oregano, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Pour in chicken broth and canned diced green chiles. Bring to a gentle simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Add chopped rotisserie chicken, rinsed cannellini beans, cubed cream cheese, and lime juice. Cook until warmed through.

Serving
