Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place zucchini slices on the prepared baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes to soften the zucchini slightly.

Toppings

  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and spread marinara sauce on each zucchini slice.

Baking
